CANCELLATION POLICY

FOR NORMAL SEASON: (FROM 15 SEPTEMBER 2023 TO 31 MARCH 2024, EXCEPT DIWALI, XMAS & NEW YEAR SEASON)

• Any cancellation or reduction in room strength 72 Hours before arrival will be noted without retention.
• Any cancellation or reduction in room strength within 72 Hours will be subject to 01 Night retention.

FOR DIWALI SEASON: (FROM 12 NOVEMBER 2023 TO 19 NOVEMBER 2023) &

FOR XMAS & NEW YEAR SEASON: (FROM 23 DECEMBER 2023 TO 05 JANUARY 2024)

• Any cancellation or reduction in room strength 7 days before arrival will be noted without retention.
• Any cancellation or reduction in room strength within 7 days will be subject to 01 Night retention.
• Bachelors are not allowed on 31st December*.

REFUND POLICY

Upon cancellation of booking, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated. All valid refunds will be made from 10 to 15 working days after completion of cancelation process and receiving the refunds from various suppliers involved if any. The booking amount after deduction of cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited into the bank account of the Customer using the same payment mode (i.e. debit card/ credit card/ net-banking) by which the booking was made by the Customer. In case the booking amount is paid using credit card, the refund will be processed on the credit card. The refund process may take 10-15 business days. All bank fee/charges incurred during the process of refund will be borne by the customer only.
